Literally born into the business. In 1950 life began for Stan and for A-1 Floor Covering on Pico Blvd. From the age of 5, his career began by sweeping up the rear dock, and he is still active in the business as our mentor.
Sharon likewise graduated from college and decided to fulfill the promise of a third generation of Levy’s running our business. Sharon has put her stamp on our store’s makeover and truly brought us through to the 21st Century of style and fashion.
After graduating from college and traveling the world Sam settled back in Los Angeles and decided to give the family business a try. It’s been twenty years, a family, and a cool, calm demeanor ever since.
Alex Hernandez is the voice on the phone and the face in the store for A-1 Floor Covering. Joining our staff in 2021, he has quickly acquired the knowledge and personal skills that our customers want and need as they navigate their flooring options.
Our warehouse manager and truck driver has been with us for 30 years. Mild-mannered and extremely efficient, he runs a tight warehouse and is as reliable as they come, always there for our installers and management needs each and every day.
